How long does onboarding take?
Typically 24 hours for Basic, 3–5 days for Standard, and 14–21 days for Premium with custom integrations. We provide a dedicated onboarding specialist, supplier credential setup help, and live training sessions for your team.
Do I need to bring my own supplier contracts?
Most suppliers (Hotelbeds, Agoda, WebBeds, GDS providers) require direct contracts with you. We help facilitate introductions and provide all the technical paperwork. Once your contract is signed, we plug in your credentials and you're live.
Can I add my own brand and domain?
Yes. All plans include white-label B2C portal with your logo, colors, and custom domain (e.g., book.youragency.com). Standard and Premium plans add custom email domains and full design customization.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We provide a full export of your bookings, customer data, and configurations in standard formats (CSV, JSON, SQL dump) at no charge. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted per our DPA.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There's no penalty for changing plans, but some Premium-only features (like BSP reconciliation) won't migrate to Standard.
What if I outgrow the SaaS model?
That's why our Source Code Edition exists. We've migrated dozens of agencies from SaaS to fully owned source code deployments without downtime. Your data, configurations, and integrations all carry over.
