We've built quiet infrastructure for loud, complicated industries.
Travel is one of the messiest businesses on earth — fragmented suppliers, fragile workflows, regulators in 47 countries. We built Reservationhub so the businesses that move people around the world don't have to solve all that themselves.
Make travel buildable.
The travel industry runs on systems built in the 1990s. GDS interfaces, EDIFACT messages, fax confirmations. Anyone trying to start or grow a modern travel business spends years navigating that complexity before they sell their first booking.
We've spent thirteen years abstracting it away. Today, a travel entrepreneur in São Paulo, Lagos, or Karachi can launch a fully-functional online travel agency — flights, hotels, transfers, visas — in seven days with our SaaS. Or take our source code and own the whole stack forever.
That's the mission. Make travel buildable. Then get out of the way.
Four principles that shape every decision we make.
These aren't aspirational. They're the filters we use when we're arguing about features, pricing, hiring, and which customer to fire.
Ship what customers ask for, then more.
We don't second-guess customer feedback. If a travel agency in Cairo says they need NDC support, we add NDC support. If a tour operator in Cancún says the booking flow has too many steps, we count steps. Roadmaps don't drive product. Real-world friction does.
Boring is the highest compliment.
Travel businesses don't want excitement from their booking platform. They want it to be the part of their business they never have to think about. We optimize for 99.9% uptime, dull dashboards, and three-line support tickets.
Tell people which option is wrong.
Our SaaS, Source Code, and API offerings serve different businesses. A two-person agency shouldn't buy our source code. A 200-person OTA shouldn't be stuck on our $200 SaaS plan. We make recommendations against revenue when that's the right answer.
Customers own their data, forever.
Bookings, customers, configurations, integrations — yours, exportable, on demand. We won't hold your data hostage at renewal. We won't sell it to anyone. We won't lock you into proprietary formats. Lock-in is for businesses that can't compete on quality.
Thirteen years, one platform at a time.
Started by three founders with a single GDS connection. Today, we run mission-critical infrastructure for thousands of travel companies worldwide — across every major region and travel vertical.
The platform takes shape
Reservationhub starts with one conviction: every travel business should plug into global suppliers in days, not quarters. The first product — a GDS adapter that goes from contract to live traffic in under two weeks — sets the engineering standard the rest of the platform is built around.
SaaS Model launches
Cloud-hosted version goes GA. First 100 travel agencies onboarded in 18 months — predominantly small and mid-sized independent operators. Hotel and OTA supplier integrations expand to cover global inventory, pushing total property reach past 500,000 hotels.
Multi-language, multi-currency platform
International team established to handle surging cross-border demand. Spanish becomes a first-class language in the product alongside English. Direct carrier connections multiply, taking the supplier roster past 200 sources.
Source Code Edition launches
After repeated requests from large agencies and consolidators, we ship the on-premise edition. First sale closes within 60 days — a 200-person enterprise OTA. Round-the-clock support coverage established for global customers.
Travel API Service · Powered by TripGic
The third pillar lands: a clean REST API exposing all our supplier integrations. Built for developers and platforms that want the content without the booking engine. 800+ airlines, 2M+ hotels, day one.
